In 1892, young Stella Liboni arrived in Brazil with her family from Veneto, Italy. They brought not only their hopes and dreams but also a rich culinary legacy. Today, this legacy lives on in Liboni’s Artisanal Bliss, founded in Tampa by Eduardo Liboni and his wife Pamela, a chef who, after a distinguished career in Oriental cuisine, rediscovered her passion for Italian gastronomy.
