In 1892, the young Stella Liboni arrived in Brazil with her family from Veneto, Italy. They brought not only their hopes and dreams but also a rich culinary legacy.
Today, this legacy lives on in Liboni’s Artisanal Bliss, founded in Tampa by Eduardo Liboni and his wife Pamela, a chef who, after a distinguished career in Oriental cuisine, rediscovered her passion for Italian gastronomy.
The story of Liboni’s began to take shape in 2019 when Eduardo and Pamela united not only in marriage but also in a mission to revive and honor the culinary traditions of the Liboni family.
By 2023, already established in Tampa, the couple partnered with Juliana, a Brazilian living in Florida, to create a line of artisanal pasta that are true works of art.
